Leicester Lesbian Gay Bisexual & Transgender Centre works to improve the lives of LGBT people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. An important part of this work is tackling homophobia and transphobia and improving services for LGBT people.
We work with Leicestershire Constabulary to improve the services they offer to the LGBT community, attempting to ensure that LGBT people are treated fairly and with respect by the police and that issues such as homophobic and transphobic hate crime are taken seriously.
Click here for information on the Stamp It Out project. Whilst the Centre are a partner of the Stamp It Out project it is a piece of work which has come out of PRISM.
Have you been the victim of a homophobic or transphobic incident? Click here to download a form to report the incident - you can do this anonymously if you wish.
